This is an on-demand online course delivered via Moodle and accessible for students from different backgrounds and disciplines. It introduces entrepreneurship as an effective tool for implementing sustainable innovations. Upon completion of the course, students will receive 3 ECTS.
Students will be introduced to entrepreneurship and learn about impact as a guardrail for funding. Which stakeholders are important for entrepreneurs will be discussed and how impact can be presented and measured holistically. Students will also be taught how to develop sustainable business models, finance startups, and protect them in the long run.
In the interdisciplinary lecture held by professors from several faculties, students will work on the exercises in an on-demand online format via Moodle. An interactive format and short input sessions allow for high memorisation among students.

- Online Closing: Wednesday 10th July 2024: 10.00-11:00 CEST.
Learning objectives
The aim of the course is to facilitate an interdisciplinary and holistic approach to fostering entrepreurship. Students do not need to bring a business idea. In fact, students will be sensitised toward an impact mindset, which will be helpful to them both in their private life and professionally. Participants will acquire a hands-on toolkit for generating sustainable innovations and a skillset for independent (individual and collective) action by referring to the competence frameworks EntreComp and GreenComp.
