For four days, the nursing students of the EUGLOH alliance will have the opportunity to exchange around their professional practices in order to enrich and improve them.

The first part of this course (28th - 30th of January)  is on-site at the IFPM in Evry-Courcouronnes and the 2nd part (5th February) is on-line for the exam.

These days will allow participants to work collaboratively and discover the health systems of the different countries represented, through varied and interactive pedagogical methods.

Beyond the training times, convivial moments outside the institute will be offered, promoting meetings, intercultural exchanges and the creation of links between students.

Content and Methodology

Before this exchange, documents on nursing studies in Europe will be made available to all students. This will allow them to discover the specificities of training in each country they will have the opportunity to visit. This will give them a first glimpse of the differences and similarities in training, practices and cultural contexts

As part of this course, we aim to establish a physical exchange between the Paramedical Training Institute of the Centre Hospitalier Sud Francilien and the universities of the EUGLOH Alliance that teach paramedical care.

This exchange will take place over three days in France, during which students will have the opportunity to share and compare their care practices.

A laboratory simulation workshop will be organized to allow collaboration between students.

Additionally, a round table will be organized to allow students to interact with professionals in the field, as well as a tour of the different hospital services.

Finally, students will also participate on a fourth day, which will take place remotely, to carry out the evaluation.

The evaluation will consist of the presentation of a reflexive group work on what this exchange has brought them in their future professional practice. The group will be made up of students from all over the Alliance.

2 ECTS will be granted upon completion of the course.
