This programme is aimed at all students considering an intercultural experience - in the form of a short- or and long-term stay - at one of the EUGLOH partner universities. During each session you will learn more about your chosen university and country from among the following partners:
- Université Paris-Saclay, France
- Ludwig-Maximillians-Universität München, Germany
- University of Szeged, Hungary
- University of Porto, Portugal
- University of Novi Sad, Serbia
- University of Alcalá, Spain
In six one-hour sessions during the autumn semester this backpack will provide participants with:
- General information on the target country
- Information about the host university
- A crash course in basic language needs
- Intercultural awareness
Each session will be held by trained tutors who are themselves students at the host universities. Participants have the opportunity to ask questions, discuss the education systems and life in general with the tutors.
There is high demand for this programme, so the sooner you sign up the better chance you have of being accepted. But your stated motivation is also of importance in the assessment of the application.
Each participant will be awarded a EUGLOH certificate upon full completion of the sessions, which will improve their chances of being accepted on an overseas mobility application.
This activity is part of Work Package 5.
