The course EHS Leadership and Organizational Behavior in Green and Global Health Transitions examines the intersection of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) leadership with organizational behavior in the context of sustainable development and global health challenges. Students will explore how leadership, culture, behavior, and strategy shape occupational health outcomes, environmental performance, and organizational resilience in the face of climate change, digital transformation, and evolving policy landscapes such as the European Green Deal, the Just Transition Mechanism, and the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence (CSDD) directive.

Content and Methodology
The course uses a practice-oriented and inclusive pedagogical approach grounded in Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and equity-based teaching. It is delivered entirely online through synchronous sessions over three days, supported by preparatory and follow-up assignments.
Teaching methods include:
- Interactive Lectures - thematic presentations with multimedia resources covering leadership theories, regulatory frameworks, and real-world examples.
- Leadership simulations and scenario-based learning - Simulations of complex organizational challenges, such as climate-related emergencies or psychosocial risks.
- Collaborative Workshops - peer learning through hands-on exercises to build inclusive EHS strategies.
- Case Study Analysis - exploration of real and hypothetical cases from various sectors to foster practical skills in systems thinking and organizational adaptation.
- Applied Group Projects - students co-develop EHS strategies for future-ready organizations, incorporating stakeholder analysis, sustainability alignment, and leadership planning.
Instructors provide continuous feedback and mentoring throughout the course, promoting critical reflection, active engagement, and ethical reasoning in the development of student competencies.
