BUILDING EUROPE'S CAMPUS FOR GLOBAL HEALTH

UNIVERSIDAD DE ALCALÁ

Backing up the research profile of the Universidad de Alcalá (UAH) are a multitude of research projects, ranging from large-scale national and regional initiatives to projects funded by the European Union.

Researchers at the Universidad de Alcalá are involved in many European projects funded by the Horizon Europe framework programme for research and innovation as well as the Erasmus+ programme. Information about the ongoing and finalised projects can be found on here.

Added to this are other broadly diversified research activities with various stakeholders, from several sponsorship and patronage activities to externally funded research chairs. In addition, the university also cooperates closely with local and national industry through different projects and contracts. Many innovations from these have now found their way into industrial applications. To capitalise on them, relevant companies are actively entering into research and development contracts with the Universidad de Alcalá.

Finally, in its engagement for open access and open science, the Universidad de Alcalá has recently launched the researcher's portal, where it is possible to find publications and researcher information.
