EUGLOH offers companies a platform to promote their expertise, expand their recruitment reach, and engage in European research and innovation networks. By participating in EUGLOH, companies can enhance their visibility and foster intercultural and transversal competencies within their workforce. 

Promotion and visibility 

• Engage with students from nine European universities through courses and other training opportunities. 
• Become a EUGLOH partner and connect with the Alliance’s nine eco-systems and wider international network. 
• Advertise your participation in EUGLOH initiatives to the European Commission. 
• Contribute to lobbying efforts for the European Universities Initiative (EUI). 

Recruitment expansion 

• Promote job offers through the EUGLOH online platform. 
• Open your labs to EUGLOH students. 

• Participate in the EUGLOH Career Network and events. 

   

Intercultural training and experience

• Join activities on EUGLOH campuses such as cultural and social events, language courses, workshops, etc.
• Become a sponsor for these events and promote their importance both internally and externally.

Research and innovation 

• Collaborate with EUGLOH’s nine research-intensive universities. 
• Participate in workshops in areas and topics common to your own work. 
• Gain from the research management expertise of the universities to build new projects and attract additional partners and resources. 
• Utilise the EUGLOH Network of Excellence Core Research Facilities. 
• Interact with business structures and share practices with future start-up founders.
