The EUGLOH Certificate of Advanced Studies in Global Health programme addresses the complex interrelationships between health, the environment and society, which cannot be researched solely on a subject-specific basis but require trans- and interdisciplinary approaches. It offers highly motivated students the opportunity to engage in dialogue with different disciplines in the global health sector during their studies, preparing them for careers in study, research and practice to improve health and achieve health equity for all people worldwide.

The qualification consisting of at least 17 ECTS-credits over the course of two semesters, is completed alongside the main degree subject. It allows students to explore beyond the scope of their current disciplines and gain a broader perspective, increasing their employability in the future.

The programme is designed for Master students or students in their 7th semester or higher in undergraduate programmes longer than 6 semesters (such as medical school, law, etc.)

The Certificate Programme is financed through the DAAD.

For the letter of motivation please write a short essay on the following topic: What are the implications of mass vaccinations? Please argue from an multidisciplinary perspective and include a personal opinion.
