Open University launches a new series of lectures titled Capsule Module. In the course's livestreamed sessions, invited speakers will present a concept, question, method, or area of knowledge from their own discipline that they believe every university student should encounter, regardless of their field of study. Lectures will address topics such as the impact of literature on the mind and body, the role of religion in communal memory and conflict resolution, care ethics, music and improvisation, and media studies. The series will feature literary scholars, philosophers, anthropologists, and experts from many other disciplines.

Content and Methodology
How to complete the course: Course assessment is concluded via an online test in December and January 2027 based on course content. There will be multiple time slots available to choose from.
