EUGLOH Workshop on Physical Activity, Health, and Well-Being
Paris, France

How does physical activity — or the lack of it — impact our well-being and academic life?
What can we do, as students, to promote healthier lifestyles on our campuses?
This two-day in-person workshop at Université Paris-Saclay brings together students from across the EUGLOH Alliance to explore the links between physical activity, sedentary behavior, and overall health — with a strong focus on practical learning and peer collaboration.
