The EUGLOH Alliance's 'Service to Society' working group invites you to the third virtual Workshop on the Knowledge Transfer Workshop series with different stakeholders from the EUGLOH partner universities. The activity is open to EUGLOH students and staff only.
The transition from university to the professional world is a significant milestone—one that requires more than just academic knowledge. It calls for a collaborative effort, where students, universities, and industry leaders come together to prepare for a successful journey into the workplace.
This EUGLOH workshop is designed to foster that very collaboration, creating a platform for open dialogue among students, educators, and industry professionals. By bringing together perspectives from all three sides, we aim to bridge the gap between academic learning and the real-world skills demanded by today’s businesses.
During this interactive workshop, you’ll have the chance to:
- Share your views on the skills you believe will be crucial in shaping the future workforce.
- Learn about best practices and innovative approaches from EUGLOH partner universities in cultivating these skills.
- Gain insights directly from leading international companies, BEIERSDORF and KNOKCARE, as they present the specific competencies they seek beyond academic credentials, along with strategies for thriving in their organizations.
This event isn’t just about listening—it’s about active participation and exchange. The heart of this workshop is the dialogue between students, academic staff, and industry representatives, aimed at building a shared vision of the teamwork needed for future success.
We invite you to be an integral part of this engaging workshop. Join us in shaping the future of your career, learning from each other, and paving the way for collaborative growth.
