The EUGLOH E-Conferences Series on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), initiated in 2023, brings together experts, academics, students, associations, and external stakeholders from within and beyond the EUGLOH Alliance. These digital events aim to present cutting-edge research, initiatives, and best practices related to the SDGs, with each e-conference focusing on one of the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

About the E-Conference on SDG 1: No Poverty

The e-conference on SDG 1: No Poverty will explore the multidimensional nature of poverty and the strategies needed to reduce poverty and social exclusion in different contexts.

Experts will share research, initiatives, and best practices addressing issues such as social and economic inequalities, access to essential services and opportunities, social protection, and the vulnerability of different population groups. The session will also examine how universities, public institutions, civil society, and other stakeholders can contribute to developing more inclusive and sustainable approaches to poverty reduction.
