About the session – Emotional Intelligence & Resilience
Emotional Intelligence & Resilience focuses on understanding and managing your emotions, developing empathy, and recognizing stressors in the workplace. You will learn about the causes of stress, burnout symptoms, and practical strategies to build resilience and effectively manage stress in challenging environments.

In this interactive session, you will:

  • Learn about emotional intelligence and its importance in the workplace.
  • Discover how to identify and understand your own emotions, and the emotions of others.
  • Explore empathy and how it helps you connect better with colleagues and clients.
  • Gain insights into the causes of stress, and how stress affects your performance and well-being.
  • Understand the signs and symptoms of burnout, and its impact in professional environments.
  • Participate in a mini exercise to develop techniques for building resilience and managing stress effectively.
  • The session will conclude with a Q&A and key takeaways to help you navigate challenging emotions and work situations with greater emotional awareness and resilience.
