Within this framework, the consortium introduced the U1st Vision concept at VivaTech 2024, a modular and service-oriented mobility platform designed to deliver essential services directly to citizens. This concept is currently being developed into scalable, real-world solutions.

The session will focus in particular on MEDIGO, a mobile and connected healthcare unit designed to improve access to medical services in underserved areas. This solution integrates on-site diagnostics, teleconsultation, and preventive care, supported by advanced medical technologies and coordinated healthcare practices. MEDIGO illustrates how technological innovation and ecosystem-based collaboration can contribute to addressing the issue of medical deserts and enhancing healthcare delivery systems.
