The primary objectives are to understand key challenges and strategies in multicultural teamwork, learn effective communication and collaboration in remote settings and build awareness of interpersonal skills and team dynamics for global collaboration.

In this session you will:

  • Get an understanding of cultural diversity and its impact on team dynamics and communication.
  • Explore tolls and best practices for effective collaboration in virtual environments.
  • Learn more about different roles within a team and strategies to enhance collaboration and productivity.
  • Hear personal insights from the speaker’s own career journey.

The EUGLOH Soft Skills Seminar Series is an EUGLOH Career Network initiative designed by University of Porto, Lund University, University of Szeged and University of Alcalá in order to help students from all EUGLOH partner universities go beyond academic knowledge and

boost the interpersonal and career readiness skills needed in today’s evolving job market.

Through practical, interactive, engaging and diverse line-up online sessions, participants will engage with career development experts and peers on essential themes such as effective communication, emotional resilience, professional networking and job interview strategies - topics that are increasingly relevant for employability and meaningful career building.

The series includes six live online sessions, each focusing on a different key skill.
