Gender Equality in Recruitment and Career Progression

This webinar will explore gender equality in recruitment, career development, and professional progression in higher education.
Participants will have the opportunity to discover research, initiatives, and good practices from across the EUGLOH Alliance and discuss the barriers that can affect equal opportunities throughout academic and professional careers.
The webinar will include presentations followed by an interactive Q&A and discussion session. Participants will also be able to submit questions anonymously through the webinar chat.

The webinar is open to students, academic staff, researchers, administrative and professional staff, and other members of the EUGLOH community interested in gender equality and equal opportunities.
