EUGLOH Launches a New 2026 Roundtable & Webinar Series on Future Skills and Employability
In 2026, EUGLOH launches a new online roundtable series designed to promote dialogue, collaboration, and co-creation around future skills, employability, and lifelong learning. Building on the results of the WP4 & TG2 joint study on employability-promoting practices and on the discussions initiated at the EUGLOH Annual Summit 2025, this series will gather students, academics, researchers, companies, and public sector representatives from across the Alliance.
Taking place throughout the year, these roundtables will explore how universities, companies, and territories are preparing for the green and digital transitions—and how students and alumni can actively shape the future of work.
Objectives of the 2026 Roundtable Series
- Explore how universities and employers are developing skills aligned with the EU Union of Skills initiative.
- Promote cross-sector dialogue and co-creation among students, academics, companies, and municipalities.
- Highlight the role of EUGLOH students and alumni as drivers of innovation in employability and university–industry collaboration.
- Strengthen collaboration between EUGLOH universities and the business ecosystem through shared practices.
- Identify priorities and action lines for upcoming EUGLOH Career Network initiatives in Employability & Lifelong Learning.
