Staff Days: Project management and skills development in international teams

Program Structure

Online Session (June 17, 2025): An introduction to overcoming "immunity to change" and leading in times of uncertainty. Explore practical applications of these skills through case studies.

In-Person Event (June 24-25, 2025, Szeged):

1. 1. Whole-group sessions on effective communication and project management.
   2. Parallel sessions divided between EUGLOH and everyone else on:

• Conflict resolution in international settings
• Digitalisation and AI in project management
• Feedback loops: setting goals, taking action, evaluating, and adapting
