EUGLOH launches EUGLOH Connect Platform to Foster Collaboration and Innovation Across its Nine Member Universities

The European University Alliance for Global Health (EUGLOH) has launched EUGLOH Connect, a digital platform designed to foster collaboration and innovation in global health between the nine EUGLOH member universities. Accessible to students, administrative and academic staff as well as non-university stakeholders, this platform provides a space where users can find and share opportunities in education, research, innovation, and professional development, creating a dynamic environment for collaboration across disciplines and borders.

Whether it is a student seeking internships, a researcher looking for cross-border collaborations, or a professional wanting to contribute to impactful projects, EUGLOH Connect serves as a hub for those looking to gain experience, share expertise, or expand their professional network. It connects individuals from diverse backgrounds, providing access to opportunities in education, research, innovation, and career development.

“EUGLOH Connect is more than just a networking tool—it’s a crucial space for interdisciplinary collaboration aimed at addressing the complex challenges of global health”, states László Maróti, project manager of the platform at the University of Szeged (Hungary). Maróti leads the project area “Research-based learning & practical learning” within EUGLOH. The EUGLOH Connect platform fits in with the Alliance’s goal of providing opportunities for students and staff to enhance their educational and professional lives with activities designed around research and innovation in global health-related fields.  It furthermore underscores EUGLOH’s commitment to equip students with the skills needed to shape the future of global health and address related societal challenges, while enabling student mobility and exchange within the inclusive context of one transnational European campus.
