A3C – Ageing, Climate Change and Citizenship (3rd Edition)

Aims

A3C – Ageing, Climate Change and Citizenship aims at promoting discussion, in groups, among Master and PhD students, gathering the 5 EUGLOH partners on innovative solutions for societal issues, such as Ageing, Climate Change and Citizenship, in line with the 2030 Agenda/Sustainable Development Goals– and this time will be held in-person, at the University of Porto!

About

During this week-long workshop, Master and Ph.D. students will be able to discuss and share creative ideas and methodologies, and stimulate innovation, in relation to the interconnections of these topics and their relevance to the response to present economic, social and environmental challenges.

Through hands-on methodologies, and case studies combined with a personal development component, such as group dynamics, participants will anticipate future professional settings in an international and interdisciplinary environment and develop team spirit, creative and critical thinking and communication skills.

3 ECTS credits and a certificate of attendance will be awarded to the participants.

Participants will be selected according to the following selection criteria:

• motivation for participation in the activity;
