EUGLOH Summer School in Nutrition and Food Sciences

About the Summer School

This Summer School will address how the academy can contribute to:

• producing healthy food in a sustainable way (social, cultural and environmental);
• observing and monitoring the relations between food consumption and health;
• promoting and being involved in food and nutrition strategies and policies that can influence our communities towards healthy eating and sustainable food environments.

Participants will be able to advance their knowledge and understanding of Food & Nutrition through a scientific approach, comprehend and integrate different scientific disciplines (from production to consumption) relevant to the health of populations, and the needs of society, consumers and industry towards healthy environments.

Registration limit and selection criteria:

110 participants – 22 per EUGLOH Alliance member (applicants will be selected according to their motivation and proficiency in English language

Certificate/ ECTS:

EUGLOH Transcript and up to 4 ECTS (to be confirmed) for participants who successfully complete the programme
