Collaborating in international teams is a crucial everyday part of scientific working environments. Collaborating between team members with a different cultural background brings numerous benefits, but also often leads to misunderstandings & irritation. Emerging open or hidden conflicts can hinder productivity.

Maybe you are a local student working in an international team or you are planning to study abroad- skills and strategies to navigate cultural differences will help you to spot and deal with cultural differences even better.

We will work with science-based models with a strong focus on the relevance for professional and daily life.
