The European University Alliance for Global Health (EUGLOH) is an EU initiative focusing on education and innovation. The alliance comprises 5 prestigious higher education institutions with the primary goal to contribute to tackling global health challenges.

We introduce you to our upcoming event: Joint Innovation Challenges

The number of people who tend to take more care of their health has drastically increased with the appearance of COVID-19. Today, physical well-being is just as important as mental health, however, this area has not sufficiently drawn the attention of people yet. Joint Innovation Challenges aims to challenge you, students, in the area of both mental and physical health to work on one of the 10 real-life cases in a multidisciplinary, international team.

Each project has its dedicated owner who has a proven research track record in the field. Project owners will also be part of the teams to help you understand the challenge thoroughly and provide you with their expertise in order to come up with an impressive final solution in the end. Besides the project owners, Demola facilitators, along with academic and business mentors, will guide you throughout the course. You will learn about different methods and tools used to broaden your views and facilitate your out-of-the-box thinking. Join us now, you won’t regret it!

Demola is a Finnish initiative started in 2008 with the purpose of bringing university students and researchers closer to the business sector to work on real business challenges. During this event, Demola facilitators will be responsible for mentoring student teams and teaching team members about all the hands-on tools that help you see the big picture. Facilitators possess an extensive experience in mentoring students and they are one of the best around the world. Don’t miss out on being part of this awesome event!
